we all know that as natural habitats are destroyed scientists are losing the opportunity to discover new chemicals & medicine. wired magazine - one of my favorite magazines i must say -  has put together a nice little photo essay on the subject. with the loss of rain forest and ocean habitats and the species that live within, many useful naturally occurring medicines many be lost to discovery for many years to come.

here’s a little chance to get a bit of chemistry knowledge. see if you can figure out our favorite entry :)

The list is ranked from highest to lowest (left to right, top to bottom) on the DxOMark Sensor scale. The results for all the constituent metrics of the DxOMark Sensor scale are also shown. You can filter the ranked list by brand, resolution, sensor size, date, and price categories.

the visual mercenary group is proud to announce that we just finished the developement of a new site for Tygris Commercial Finance. the site was designed by our friends at Segal Savad, whose flash site we also programmed and animated. it’s a great example of the beautifully designed work that comes out their shop.

the tygris site is built on the on microsoft’s .aspx platform and contains many dynamic areas and includes an admin tool for the tygris team to make easy updates. we’d like to wish Tygris success with their new web launch.
