it’s not what you think. iwona does not design gummy bears (although a giant gummy worm might be pretty trippy). what iwona does is painstakingly slow. she slices gummy bears of different flavors - her colors, 6 to be exact - and glues them upon photographs she shoots. the result is a bizarre mixed media creation that has a look and feel of its own. when asked about how she came to doing such work iwona replied with the following:
